Since the Club is available, I would like to reserve for a few hours July 19th (set up) and July 20th (meeting from 9am – 2 pm) for the WCN District Meeting.

I will have a set up crew to help me….Mary Gillen has already responded she would help, Bev likely can help and I will check with Ann and Sarah as well. The set up should be fine. I will let the House Committee know well in advance what we need (probably just general meeting items) as I know summer schedules mean summer travel and will get more specific in the near future. Food is going to be delivered. We will also clean up, of course!
